3. SMS and Mobile Data Privacy (A2P 10DLC Compliant)

We take your mobile data privacy seriously and are committed to complying with all applicable regulations regarding SMS and text messaging communications.

3.1 Consent and Opt-In

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided their prior express consent to receive such communications. Consent is obtained through a clear and conspicuous opt-in process on our website or platform, typically through a form submission or purchase process that includes proper consent checkboxes and disclosure language. We use a double opt-in process to verify your consent before sending any recurring text messages.

For marketing messages, the opt-in disclosure presented at the point of consent reads substantially as follows:

“I consent to receive marketing text messages, about special offers, discounts, and service updates, from AuthIntelligence at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”

For non-marketing messages (such as appointment reminders or account notifications), the opt-in disclosure presented at the point of consent reads substantially as follows:

“I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from AuthIntelligence about appointment reminders, account alerts, and service notifications. Message frequency may vary, message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our Services.

3.2 Types of SMS Messages

Depending on your preferences and the services you use, you may receive the following types of text messages:

Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations

Account alerts and notifications related to your use of the Services

Promotional offers, updates, and marketing communications

3.3 Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. AuthIntelligence is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

3.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any text message you receive from us: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or STOP ALL. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message that reads: “You have successfully been unsubscribed from AuthIntelligence. You will not receive any more messages from this number.” You will not receive any further SMS messages from us after this confirmation unless you choose to re-subscribe at a later time.

For assistance with our SMS communications, you may reply HELP to any message, email us at [email protected] or call us at 8063152893

No mobile information, including phone numbers, opt-in data, or consent records, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers and subcontractors only as necessary to deliver our SMS communications and support services (for example, our SMS delivery platform). All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3.7 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
